DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

This website respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), Section 512, we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.

1. Safe Harbor Provisions

Under the DMCA, online service providers (OSPs) may be shielded from liability for infringing content transmitted, stored, or linked through their networks, provided that:

  • The OSP does not have actual knowledge of infringing material or gain financial benefit directly attributable to infringing activity.

  • The OSP maintains and enforces a clear copyright policy, made available to its users.

  • The OSP designates an agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement.

2. Notification of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that any material available on this website infringes your copyright, you must submit a written notice containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it.
  3. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

Upon proper receipt of such a notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed in error or was misidentified, you may file a counter-notice with us. The counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.

  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, for any district in which the service provider may be found).

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will provide a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order within 14 business days, we may restore the material at our discretion.

4. Policy Regarding EA/Indicators

This website may publish or distribute Expert Advisors (EAs) and Indicators in .ex4 format. We are not the authors of these files and provide them for informational and educational purposes only.

If you are the rightful owner of any EA/Indicator and wish for it to be removed from our website, you may submit a takedown request with appropriate proof of ownership (e.g., screenshots, official links, or other verifiable evidence). Upon verification, we will promptly remove the content.

We do not distribute .mq4 source files unless such files are already made publicly available by their authors.
